Fits My Old "Jack Lalanne Legend 331" Bench Apr 22, 2010
By 59er Though this attachment is designed to work with the BFFID10 Bench, if your weight bench has the standard 2" square frame and is meant to use a leg curl attachment, this will probably work for you. My bench is over 15 years old and came with a few attachments, but not for preacher curls. This piece is better than just getting one of those preacher pads that drops in because of the handle included with it. It's very well designed, and allows me to bury the top of the pad into my armpits and duck my head down as the handle comes up, allowing for full contraction on the top of the excercise for better results. The design allows for use of greater amounts of weight without fear of going too heavy, as letting go won't crush your foot or damage the floor. I can also choose to use just the pad without the handle with free weights, the preacher pad will drop in seperately in my bench because it has a reducer for certain other included attachments to fit. There are three positions to choose from for the preacher handle for best comfort and fit for your arm length, and also choices for leg length and comfort. If you know your equipment you should be able to tell whether this attachment will work with it. Easy to assemble, comes with wrenches. If you use a bench other than the one this is designed for, there will be a few parts which you won't use; just follow the instructions after the mention of attaching the mount to the BFFID10. Very good value in my opinion.

Great compliment for BF bench, quality and portable Feb 21, 2011
By Smarty I'm an owner of the BFFID10 bench and have been very happy with the quality of Best Fitness products. This is a great attachment for the bench. As advertised, it allows you to do preacher curls, two leg exercises... And also gives you the leverage to do crunches on the bench. It's high quality construction, with only about 15 minutes assembly time (the bench arrived fully assembled). Both the bench and this add-on can fold up easily and fit in my office closet, so they're quite portable. These two products along with some standard weights and dumbells basically allow for a full featured home gym for less than $200 shipped! Thanks Best Fitness!

Not Great, Low Quality May 05, 2011
By Jonathan E. Gawne

This product is not designed for sustained use! I was shocked at how poor the quality of this product was, especially considering that Best Fitness is manufactured by the same company as Body Solid. After about 12 weeks of continuous use, the attachment has become almost useless. Several parts of the frame have bent, and it makes the most annoying squeaking noise from the T-bracket. The product does have a warranty, but what good is that if you have to replace the unit every 12 weeks? Dont waste your money. Spend a little extra and get something better.
Impressed Jan 11, 2012
By tabony I have belonged to gyms for years. I never thought I could get as good a work out from home without spending a lot of money for the equipment. Now I know differently. The Best Fitness bench and leg attachment or better than I had hoped for. When using the equipment it is solid, I feel very safe and the price is almost too good to believe. That actually was a concern I had. Until I opened the box and saw for myself that it was as good and advertised. Very satisfied, KP
