The product arrived earlier than I expected, which was a plus. During the installation process, I noticed the manufacturing defect on the bottom parallel support beam (the one that connects the vertical legs). As a result, the stand is a little crooked. It's not balanced and wobbles a bit so I had to jam a piece of cardboard under it to keep the it stable. The pull-up bar is a hollow tube and feels flimsy while I'm exercising. I'm not a big guy and weigh only 160 pounds. At times, I get the uneasy feeling that the pull-up bar will bend and snap off. The rubber grips keep slipping off while doing pull-ups so I removed them and wrapped the bar with tape. Don't try performing pull-ups too fast or else this stand will tip over. This equipment stands 85 inches tall and is 24.5 inches wide. The dip handles feel sturdy, but again, try not to do it too fast or else it will tip. For the price, you can find other better equipments. I decided to get this one because the dimensions fit my home gym. I didn't pay full retail price for it since I had a gift card, still, I was expecting better quality.

Nothing more to say then it is an excellent peice of equipment - easy to assemble (was missing a nut and bolt but easily found at Home depot for .49)

I have to say that this machine is better built than it looks on the website. Very thick steel and really well built for the money. I really only bought it only for the vertical knee raise(the best exercise for the abs) but the dip station and the pushup bars work very well. The pull/chinup bar looks a little weak but it seems to work okay. I am 5'11" and 185lbs and the machine seems to work great for my frame and size. The box came a little banged up but everything was in great shape and nothing was missing. It took me about 20 minutes to loosely put everything together and about 5 minutes to tighten all the bolts after that. Instructions were very easy to follow. Box is very heavy so I left it in the garage and brought the pieces in separately to assemble. Makes a great addition to my Bowflex and elliptical.

This item contains everything you need for full body fitness. It arrived quickly and was extremely east to put together. I use it everyday! It gives you a great overall body fitness.

I would prefer more cushion protection on the top bar also is to close to the back so is hard to do push ups.
