They arrived in timely manner. But, they are filled with sand and sound very noisy when walking. They are also very uncomfortable to wear. I'm not impressed at all.

They are just awful. The sand makes them too short to wrap around ankles and barely fit on my wrists (I am a small woman). I could not get them to touch ends on my ankle. The sand filling is so full that it will not lay on the skin. I immediately returned them to amazon.

As I walk, jog, workout whatever the weights slowly start moving down my ankles which are really skinny I can't get these weights on tight enough and the material is this mesh and unless I wear long socks which I hate I prefer no show socks the material on the ankle weights rubs against my skin and irritates me so I don't keep them on for long

my very petite mother was not able to get these ankle weights to go around her ankle. really stupid design. do not buy!
