I got this through Warehouse Deals because it was so low priced and I figured I'd give it a shot. I already do a high number of crunches and sit up but I figured this little device would give me a workout in areas that normal cruches and such would not. It certainly is hard work, especially in the arms. I do find that it is hard on my lower back but I think part of that is my lack of exercises for lower back muscles. Right now I'm using it while I watch TV, doing sets of 10 with breaks in between. That way I'm able to do more without pushing too much. I'd recommend this if you are looking for something simple that hits a number of muscle areas and can be done while watching tv, cleaning house, etc.

I got my little wheel about a week and half ago. If you use it daily boy does it work! Don't push yourself to far to fast. I had no idea how to train my core muscles, and after having my 1 1/2 yr old I decided it was time to change that. I use the wheel a couple tomes a day for between ten and thirty mins, taking a min to relax when needed. I already can see a difference in my abs, they are now trying to divide with a line down the middle. I also recommend finding a exercise ball to work with. Someone on here talked about the spring in the middle, they dont come with it anymore. It does have a small gap if you don't push the grips all the way to the wheel. Either way it still works, and you can put washers in between the wheels to space them out if you want.
For ten bucks I have a new way to tone my core, and trust me this thing will work your abs better and easier than plain old crunches.
One final thing, I was not kidding when I said dont push yourself to far to fast. I have used this thing everyday but yesterday because the night before I decided I would go about a foot farther, and then five mins later when that wasn't killing me I decided to go EVEN FARTHER. Needless to say I pulled a muscle. But in less than two weeks I am doing so much more than I previously did. Just listen to your body.

Good compromise of bulk vs functionality. Only minus is that assembly and disassembly for travel not the easiest. I also own one of those as-seen-on-tv jobs. It had an internal spring mechanism that facilitated (i.e. diminished) the effort. It was good for a beginner, but after a while it made the excercise less effective. Once I removed the springs, it became great, except for the bulk. I recommend this product for travel.

Was about to buy this for someone because of the attractive colors until I saw that and removed it from my cart promptly. Anytime I see a product with that warning I avoid it and if we don't start doing that as a whole then the message that we don't want potentially harmful products as consumers will never get across to these selfish companies. Really I think that's disgusting and have no idea how someone can blindly ignore that and still place an order. What is the world coming to?
Please ban all products with this chemical Amazon. Show you care about our well-being because I can assure you Amazon execs wouldn't allow their loved ones to use it either. It also doesn't make sense that they even need to use harmful substances for such a simple product.. just seems borderline malicious.
